I currently ship to Ireland. I do not currently ship directly to the US or Australia. If you choose to use a forwarding service, you do so at your own discretion and assume responsibility for import compliance.
Shipping Policy
Sending In Your Clothing:
Customers are responsible for sending their clothing and paying for the postage to do so. Please be aware that the cost of shipping clothing to us for international orders can be high. We recommend checking with your shipping company to get an accurate quote and ensuring you’re comfortable with the cost before placing your order. When sending your parcel, we highly recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. This way, you can monitor the journey of your items and ensure they arrive safely. Please keep hold of your receipt until we confirm receipt of the parcel. Once your parcel arrives, we will check it in and send you an email confirmation to let you know that we've received it. Please be aware that due to the volume of orders, this process can sometimes take a couple of days, your patience is appreciated!
Returns and Tracking:
When your keepsake is ready, we will return it to you using a tracked delivery service via An Post. The price of shipping will be calculated at checkout but if the item is showing as 'out of stock' and you would like a quote, just send me a message. You will receive a photograph of your completed keepsake before it is posted, along with an email confirming the day of dispatch. Please make sure our emails don’t end up in your junk/spam folder, as you’ll need to keep an eye out for these important updates!
After your item has been posted, you will receive an email with an An Post tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your parcel on its way back to you.
We use a tracked shipping service via An Post for all completed keepsakes. Please note that Leo and Rafaelo is responsible for the risk of loss or damage to your keepsake until you, or a person identified by you, has taken physical possession of the goods. Once delivered, the risk passes to you.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit: If your keepsake arrives damaged, please notify us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) and provide photographs of the damaged item and the packaging. We will handle the claim with An Post and arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
